
Our Story
ARAM was born in 2014 for a passionate home chef and her love of Lebanese food. Lady was famous for gathering her friends and family around her long table place in the heart of a bucolic garden we call ‘Le Jardin d’aram’.
These meals have been a way for her to keep the Levant tradition of ‘Setting the Table’ alive.
In summer we often enjoyed ‘Siyadiyeh’, a freshly caught sea bass served with a fisherman’s risotto while in winter we would all gather in the kitchen eagerly waiting for slow cooked lamb for her famous ‘Fatteh’
